Nicholas Oliver is the Principal Broker of HomeDax Real Estate. He is involved in the daily management of the firm, client relationships and its team of agents. Nicholas has successfully closed over 500 sale, purchase and rental transactions throughout New York City, Long Island and the Hudson Valley since 2016. He is a graduate of Cornell University where he was the recipient of a Cornell Tradition Fellowship. Nicholas has passed all 3 levels of the CFA Program, and he is fluent in Spanish.
